Derived works

What is a derived work?

A "derived work" is one derived from a thesis or dissertation published on this site, such as scientific papers, event publications, books, patents, among others.

How to publish a derived work

A student interested in publishing a derived work must send the request to the SPG together with the advisor's consent.

The registration of derived works is being carried out by the SPG or by the advisor by opening a ticket in the support channel.

Only the Postgraduate Services (SPG) of the units or advisors may submit requests - requests opened by students will not be processed.

The ticket must contain the following information:

Service: Theses and Dissertations Library (PANDORA)

Subject: Derived work registration

Text:

1 - Link to the thesis or dissertation in the portal;

2 - Citation of the derived work in ABNT format;

3 - Type of work: Journal Article, Conference Paper, Monograph, Patent, Monograph Chapter or Others;
